Test Criteria
We use specific tests to answer:
- How well does the bedding act as a barrier against mite feces allergens?
- Is the product safe for the skin and body (biocompatibility)?
- Optional: Is the product still comfortable (water vapor resistance and air permeability)?
Test Methods
- House dust and mite barrier: Testing the permeability of mite feces allergens through textile surfaces, seams and zippers
- Cytotoxicity test
- Sensitization test
